Thought you might enjoy these photos from ChalkWalk today. Steve put on quite a show and made some great impressions for the club and for ChalkWalk, and the KCKC banners went a long way in dressing up the park.
A friend of Marianne’s, Nancy Shuert, was attending the event. Nancy is an Art Institute alum, and we talked her into doing the KCKC square. She came up with a really nice design off the top of her head that referenced the flying man at the end of Steve’s Red/White/Blue kite tail and also featured a tree full of kites. Photo attached.
Thanks again to all of you for your support and help. This event has turned out really well and is something that I’m more and more proud to be a part of.
